We want you to be confident shopping on Voltrin. This policy explains when a return, replacement, or refund is available.
1. What's covered
✓ Eligible for return/replacement
- Item received damaged or defective (DOA — dead on arrival)
- Wrong item shipped (different from what you ordered)
- Item missing parts/accessories listed on the product page
✕ Not eligible for return
- Change of mind after the product has been opened/used
- Sealed electrical items once the seal/packaging is broken
- Damage from misuse or normal wear and tear
- Claims raised after 7 days of delivery
2. Return Window
You must report an eligible issue within 7 days of delivery. Write to info@voltrin.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo or short video of the product as received.
3. How It Works
- Email us your order number + proof (photo/video) within 7 days of delivery.
- We review and respond within 2 business days with a resolution: replacement, pickup for return, or refund.
- If a pickup is arranged, please keep the original packaging and all accessories intact.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund or replacement is initiated.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, through the same gateway the payment came in on, within 5–7 business days of approval. Shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error — not for change-of-mind cases.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven't been shipped yet. Once an order is marked "Shipped", it cannot be cancelled through the app — you may instead use the return process above after delivery if the item is eligible.
